A little disappointed

This item would have been my first Chloe bag. It is a gift to myself. When I received it, I was delighted with the design, style, construction and color. I love it! I am tote bag person that's why I chose this for myself. However, I noticed the leather material for this bag had a strong smell. I said the smell is going to away once I have the bag out of the dust bag. Air it out for over a week. However, my husband noticed the strong smell when I got in to our car. The smell was annoying that he cannot stand the smell. It was so bad that I had to change it to my LV bag. Bloomingdale rep was very understanding of my concern. He offered to send a replacement and to return the first bag. He was hopeful the replacement is better than the first one. I really hope so too.

Affordable, Luxe and Trendy

Sturdy construction and hardware. Ideal size as a day bag; roomy, but not so that it gets heavy. The saddle brown color is a bit retro and on trend.
