Runs big

Gorgeous shoes, however, the straps were too long, therefore, too loose for my daughter. She doesn’t have particularly flat feet, nor does she have very skinny feet. The length (size 9.5) was perfect. She really wanted to keep them but couldn’t walk in them because her feet were sliding forward.
