Nice features

I have a 50-inch TV and a 55-inch TV in my room. One faces one way when I'm lying down, and the other faces the other way when I'm lying the other way.

Great Picture, Terrible UI

I love Samsung TVs, their picture is great! This is my first Neo QLED and I'm impressed so far! I've got two knocks though- 1. The volume doesn't level out. Loud as heck then can barely hear it. The AI sound option doesn't ever work. 2. Samsung's UI has always been and still is terrible. Navigating is a nightmare, especially with the included remote. I bought another remote to make it easier but the UI needs a complete overhaul. Overall a solid TV!
