Beautiful navy blue dress, perfect for a summer

The dress fits to size. I'm 150 5'6" and it fit perfectly, I got a lot of compliments on this dress. I went to wear it a second time and noticed the overlay was torn on one side.

Lovely dress but no stretch.

No stretch in the fabric. The large was too big. It was navy blue rather than black. I returned the dress.
