Never delivered, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The corner piece is useless without the othe 2 end pieces. Been trying for months to get a refund for this. The corner pieces are packed and waiting for return now for 4 months. I ordered this set along with two other sets for a pool party back Last July. Do Not buy Any furniture through Bloomingdale’s!!! They sell furniture as a third party distributor. I am considering closing my Bloomingdale’s card as the service I have received is unacceptable. They acknowledged that they lost the other two packages but won’t issue a refund or return

Quality furniture

Quality piece. The cushions are actually waterproof, which is a welcome change from the usual ‘waterproof’ outdoor furniture that is ruined after rain.
