Not what I expected

I bought this as a xmas gift for my husband. It came with only 1 cigar holder and 1 tube like container that looks like it's for some type of liquid because you can't put a cigar in it and it has a silver ball on top that screws on like a lid. The leather case, cutter, and the one holder are perfect though. They are great quality but I thought the purchase contained two holders. The tube with the ball is useless; I don't even know what it is for.

The tube with the ball is a flask. It is for liquor.
