Fablous Style and Look.....BUT

Lovely , Unique Earrings, definately Keepers....BUT YOU MUST REALLY INSPECT THEM FOR FLAWS, IN THE WORKMANSHIP. One pair had a crooked Stem wouldn't close properly, another pair had unsmoothed Gold and scratches as though it was left not buffed or smoothed during production, nor inspected, No Quality Control!!!! . Ordered once sent back, took one pair back to the store....then Finally I got an unscratched pair that closed properly. BLOOMINGDALES CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA THE PHONE WAS NOT THE BEST Told Lies and passed me on from Service Rep to Service Rep!!!! . I was told I could not do and exchange via mail due the cost of the earrings, told I MUST REQUEST A REFUND which would have interfered with the promotional Gift Card I received for this purchase!!!!! . Gave it Three Stars for my troubles because this is an EXPENSIVE JEWERLY BRAND and Quality should not be an issue conisdering the asking Price. Bloomingdale Customer Service has no accountability and there is NO Oversight. All and All I Love these Earrings and I'm 50/50 about weather I'll purchase Roberto Coin Brand again????
