Earrings arrived with missing stone

I was excited to purchase this earrings on line. Unfortunately one diamond was missing. I brought the earrings to Bloomingdale’s not far from where I live and now having them repaired. Service was great as usual

they are beautifully styled and made. with just the right amount of bling on the perfect size teardrop. they can be dressed down or up although i am saving them for a special event.
