Beautiful dress, top does fold over

Absolutely beautiful dress. The top front part of the dress does fold over. I needed fashion tape to prevent this from happening and tape for my chest. For the price point, the top should not flip over. I bought this dress 30% off and would not have paid full price given the effort required to make the dress work. I am 5'6 and the dress length was perfect with 2.5" heels.
