some irritation and just did not like
This was a definite miss for me. I had a full size from some kit or another, and could only bear to use it a couple of times. It was sticky, and I found the scent unpleasant and it was starting to cause some skin irritation on my legs. I suspect this is due to the several citrus essential oils added to this. I cannot think why these were used (other than they are cheap) as they are known to cause irritation, sensitisation and sun sensitisation, I do not think it sensible to add anything that can cause greater UV sensitivity to an AHA body lotion. I advise either a prolonged patch test (at least a week) or better still just avoid this if you have sensitive skin.

Love it!
I came to the renewl serum via a sample - and it's a goodie! Love the smell and tingle of the product. Love that a little goes a long way. And love that it evens out tone and texture. I'll be adding it to my list of REN favourites and will continue to buy...

Amazing for KP
After nearly 40 years, I've finally found something that helps with my KP! I have tried everything from glycolic acid to retinol, scrubs to kelebek kese (aka Turkish bath mitt) but absolutely nothing has left my skin as smooth as this. Within 2-3 days my arms in particular were dramatically smoother and more hydrated. It is expensive but Im so impressed that I would definitely re-purchase,

Best for sensitive KP skin
This moisturising body serum is my go to for managing KP on my sensitive leg and arm skin. I find it super hydrating and the light exfoliating action prevents my points getting clogged and KP bumps coming back. I love it! The only thing is that it means my skin is more sun sensitive so I have to remember to put on SPF on any exposed arm/ leg areas in the summer even if wandering around in the garden. Not a problem though as I should anyway. I don’t use it in the more delicate chest/ décolletage area.

37 month struggle
It took me 37 months to finish this body lotion, and I’m glad it's finally gone. Despite the glowing reviews, I found it unenjoyable. The acidic smell was off-putting, and it felt sensitizing on my skin, leading me to avoid using it all over my body. I realized I much prefer acid toners over lotions. Ultimately, I just ignored it for an extended period and ended up using it solely on my feet.

Nourishing serum
I used to use this body serum now during winter months, when there is no really a chance that sun would shine on my body after using AHA under all this warm clothes. First I was expecting that this serum will be not enough nourishing for my skin during winter, but actually ks more like a lotion. Very nice, you can feel how it tingles a little bit when you apply it to your body, but nothing uncomfortable. It has very refreshing citrusy smell as well.

I really like products from REN. good value for money. I really like products from Ren. This Serum is one of my favorite! I'm obsessed. I have been using this every other day on my thighs and upper arms, not only does this absorb super fast, but it feels cooling and definitely has been working on reducing the appearance of KP. However, I would recommend creaming on top of this as I do not feel as though it nourishes my skin enough. I am a regular repurchaser and can highly recommend.I recommend to try

Did nothing and pills
Compared to my holy grail, SdJ Bom Dia Bright Cream, the REN AHA Smart Renewal Body Serum did absolutely nothing for my skin. I only noticed how bad this REN product was after a tube of it when switching back over to the Bom Dia: Only one use of my beloved Bom Dia and the pesky keratosis pilaris at the back of my upper arms that had plagued me for months now vanished overnight. In hindsight, I can now say I hadn't even realized how well it had been under control with the SdJ Bom Dia before starting the REN serum trial. Moreover, the dry parched skin on my knees that nothing else seemed to tackle - least of all the REN body serum - and that I had steadily grown rather desperate about was almost gone by morning after the first use of Bom Dia in months. Also, I never really liked the citrus-y scent of the REN serum, as it is rather artificial and odd. This REN AHA serum is not only a waste of time and money, but it also pilled on my skin like there is no tomorrow if I ever ended up rubbing my skin after application - and it pilled not only immediately after but also hours after application. If strong fragrance isn't an issue in a body cream, I'd recommend the SdJ Bom Dia.
