Never got the item

I ordered this item twice. The first time, it was shipped all the way to my location but was unexpectedly returned, with no explanation provided. When I placed a second order, I received a shipment confirmation, but the package never left for its destination. Unfortunately, the item is now sold out. Seems kind of strange that both orders would be "lost in transit" when I received other items from the first order in separate shipments.

Finally the trench Ive been looking for

Ive been on the market for trench coats for awhile. This is the 4th one I've tried. Fully lined, all the trench details, not too heavy, in style but classic as well, rain-resisistent. Good color and great quality. I'm keeping this one!
