extremely long and small waist line

these pants are made for a 6’5” woman. I am 5’i8” and would need to hem like 4” with 4’ heels on. debating if it is worth it. also the waist on these pants are very small. I am usually an 8 and I bought the 8 and the waist was sooooo small. went to a 10 and it is still tight. the are very pretty and very lux. super soft silk.
