Cute shorts, but...

I liked these shorts - trying to figure out sizing - got a 4 (I'm a 27 in jeans) and they were a little loose on me. Wanted to get a 2, but they weren't available. Plus, the ones I got had a stain on them, even though the tags were still on. Returned them.
