Ripped after only a few months

While I initially found these to be very comfortable, they ripped in a weird spot in the crotch after only a few months of wear. I can't believe that a pair of $150 jeans (on sale!) would have this happen, and that Bloomingdales is refusing to exchange them. I am very hesitant to purchase any rag & bone jeans in the future.
