It's very cropped and runs small

I wanted to love but it's very cropped and the size is off. My usual size is S and bought it a size M but it barely fits me. Is it a children size?

Great Length

Love this crop top. Works great with the golf skirts. Doesn’t show midriff but no need to tuck in. Only thing is I wish it was a performance material.
