YI have had the machine for about 2 months. There is a short learning curve, but it consistently gets easier. My only challenge is how to properly adjust the grind. Great machine!

Provides something for everyone
My family went back and forth research various machines to meet the various likes and needs of three household coffee drinkers- this has been the perfect machine for everyone! From my espresso drinker to my oat milk latte, all start the day a little e happier as it provides a quick ‘cup’ with easy to no clean up.

Works well with a little patience in the beginning
I'm very happy with the espresso machine. It works well and I'm still learning just what all it can do. There's so many different things you can make and different settings so I'm still trying them all. It did not make any coffee pucks for the first 50 drinks or so, and instead just made a wet mess. This seems to be normal though from reading online. After that it has worked great, so make sure to run a few coffees through it before making a decision on whether to keep it.

Good feature
I’ve bought it month ago and I’m so happy with it but there’s a little issue of the temperature of hot drinks that ain’t hot enough for me I’ve tried to maximise the temperature but it seems that not working otherwise it’s really good

Love this coffee machine
We have had this coffee maker for more than a year snd it continues to make great coffee drinks. It’s robust snd holds up to at least 8 coffees a day. Love love this machine

This is a spectacular machine!
My family bought this for me for Christmas so we have only been using it for a few days, but so far we all l love it. The grinder is very quiet compared to what it could be, our whole family was looking at the milk frother wondering how it works, and the choice of different drinks is amazing with such ease of use. The screen guides you with the initial setup and any tasks that need to be completed. Running out of water mid-drink is no problem, it prompts you to refill and then at the push of a button it will continue brewing. Our whole family can have what we like for coffee drinks and tonight we used the milk frother to make hot chocolate and it was wonderful. I wish all of the reviews weren't from people who got a free one because after doing a lot of research, I am more than happy with this purchase (but how are all these people getting free ones?) and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a fully automatic espresso machine.

Not worth the price tag
We ended up ordering it twice, and one of them was delivered completely waterlogged with the box shredded from the water damage. For this price point, I expected there to be more care when packed and delivered. However, with the one we’ve used, I expected more from the machine. Like other reviews, this does not produce much coffee regardless of the settings. It takes 4 cups to fill an American standard size coffee mug which means you have to wait for it to grind and brew four cups before the cup of coffee is ready. The machine also has to start with a rinsing cycle while heating up, and then completes a rinsing cycle when shutting off. If we forget it starts with a rinsing cycle and put our cup under just to top it off, we end up having to throw the coffee out because the rinse ends up in our coffee. The instructions reference lubricating parts but it doesn’t come with the lubricant. We would return, however we failed to read the return policy indicating the product must be unused in order to qualify for a refund, so this was a bit of a costly mistake on our part.

It is so easy to use and there are so many choices to select from!
