BEST coffee machine EVER
My husband got me this for christmas and it is AMAZING!!! I stopped and got a coffee at dunkin this morning and its not nearly as good as this machine makes. Totally worth the money, easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee!!

Coffee Shop Quality at Home – We Love This Machine
We absolutely love the Philips 3300 with LatteGo. The built-in grinder makes a noticeable difference—fresh beans for every cup really elevate the flavor. It’s easy to use, heats quickly, and consistently makes excellent espresso, coffee and milk drinks. It looks great on the counter, feels well made, and delivers coffee shop quality drinks at home. Highly recommend!

Hose comes loose, milk frother stops working
Do not buy. This machine makes decent coffee. However, the water hose in the back of the machine (have to open cover) keeps coming loose, which renders the milk frother useless. This is the result of poor design. Hose connections should have barbs and clamps to hold them in place. This machine has neither. Buy this at your own risk, having to constantly reinsert the hose.

Do not buy unless you like to be frustrated
I'm experiencing what everyone else mentions, watery coffee, extremely small cups of coffee, mold in unit, cannot use ground coffee as it says you can, and probably the most frustrating, I have to shove the beans into the hopper to get a decent cup of coffee. When you can get a good cup of coffee it is great, but INCONSISTENT is the best word to describe it. I would not recommend it. And don't bother to respond with the canned response of "call this number for support."

Not so good
I bought that machine for my husband and even following the guidance the latte never tasted good, nor the cold brew It’s a lot of setting and it’s hard to find something that taste good

Great automatic coffee
We've had this automatic in our house for close to 3 months. Previously we had nearly the exact same unit for almost 4 years. No issues very reliable. Great coffee maker. I do wish it was a bit more quiet. Over time the grinder will wear down and when it does typically what we saw is all the seals also go it means replacing quite a few things for about half the price of a new one or just buying a new one. Even so I consider this one excellent.
