Bad execution of a good idea for a dress -Returned

This dress is just not made right....which is a shame because it has potential. I think the issue is that the skirt itself is poofy and heavy while the top is very thin and loose....if they made the top out of a more substantial material then the heavy skirt wouldnt pull the top and it would sit right. Instead you have a loose top that pulls downward and poofs out where the sewed the top onto the skirt. Just doesnt work, this got returned
