High Hopes Dashed

Looked liked a cute but fashionable dress that I could wear for almost any occasion. Was bummed when I received it. It felt more like a scuba outfit at the top. It was so tight and constricting that I couldn’t wait to get out of it. The bottom is more ballon like with tons of fabric. I wanted this to work but it’s a hard NO.
