Not a mini; oversized sleeves

As others mentioned this seems to be a regular (not mini) dress which is moderately fitted on the torso. However the arms seem clownishly large and wide, which appear odd in context with the body of the dress. I wouldn’t recommend it for petite ladies as it will swallow you up.

Voluminous sleeves

I am a size small, about 5'-6" and 125lbs. The sleeves on this dress are so stiff and voluminous that it looked really odd on me. I also have broader shoulders so it definitely was not a good look for me. The waist was not tight enough to offset the look of the large shoulders and arms.

Nice length

Love this dress. It fits well and is not as mini as most of the Aqua mini-dresses. For me that is a good thing.
