The shut off feature should be longer

I only wished the shut off time feature would be extended to at least 5 minutes.

Great product, poor care

Love it! It’s our second one. Very disappointed that even before mine arrived it went on sale. Called but the only way to honor the sale price was to return and repurchase. Poor customer care but high quality product

The BEST of the best!

I have bought several irons/steamers over the years, in search of the perfect one. I've found it! This is the best of the best, whether you are ironing or steaming vertically or horizontally. It is truly the best of the best!

Best Iron I have ever purchased

I wanted an iron with a lot of steam so I wouldn’t have to stop every 15 Minutes and refill. This is close to perfect. Lots of steam and so lightweight. Perfect for my arthritic hand. It is a bit noisy but I don’t care because it preforms so well. I did purchase a new ironing board with a tray on the end to hold the iron. Love it !!!

Consider alternatives

Highly, highly disappointed. Looks nice, and it occasionally gets hot enough and steams. But it’s temperamental and only works about 25 percent of the time. I suggest looking at alternatives if you’re interested in performance.

Like & dislike

Like all the steam, but don’t like it takes 3 minutes to reheat and seems to stay on very long when not using. Love all the water it holds, seems to last a long time
