phone charger doesnt work

Review to manage expectations - I saw a few reviews that the phone charger quickly stopped working, can confirm, I used ours about 3x before it stopped working. Happy with the chair otherwise, but buyer beware, the charging port is useless, and now just an eyesore.

Fix The Delivery

Two stars because Bloomingdales used UPS for home delivery and they left all 125lb of the package in a busted up box at the bottom of our driveway 500ft from my front door.
