quality

I bought this watch as a gift for someone. I received the watch today and the box was damaged on the inside. I feel embarrassed gifting a watch in a damaged box. And when I looked closely these people sent me the watch in another watch's box. The model number on the box is different and the price is different on the box. At this stage Im not even sure if this watch is original or not.
