Not a puffer. Super flat. Does not run oversized; true to size. And it’s not true denim.

I’m a little disappointed in the fill of this vest. It did not come like the picture, the fill is sparse and almost non-existent in areas, tried to tumble dry it to fluff it up, did nothing and now I have to keep it.
