Sticky

I have very dry skin and this primer feels sticky and tacky-like even when it’s “dry”. When I apply foundation over it my skin gets all flaky despite properly moisturizing. I used Benefit Prime Time until they changed the formula and haven’t found anything that goes on silky and smooth like it yet.
