Be wary of ordering fragile items

I wanted to complete my set so went ahead an ordered a few serving items from the New Wave line. However, not all items are properly packaged and one of them came shatered. I sent it back immediately and I am still awaiting my refund. Customer service now stated that the processing time is double of what they originally inform. Worst service I’ve encountered in quite a while!

Love it

Love this serving bowl. I purchased this second one because I always end up needing more bowls. Villeroy & Boch items are a personal fav of mine - being in retail I tend to know which vendors/products are worth the purchase - this is one.
