Please this review is not about Neuhaus Chocolates, since they are excellent, this review has to do with not having the option to send a gift card for a present, I have called Bloomingdales so many times and informed them that I have purchased Neuhaus directly and they can send a gift card. How can you send a present to someone who is not feeling well, a birthday, etc and once the box from Bloomingdales is delivered, the recipient does not know who the box is from, the process does not make sense! Please it would be beneficial if you could copy the process from Nordstrom, they ask for the recipient’s email address and then send the recipient an email to inform them of who the box is from, very simple! Every time I order a present from Bloomingdales (which is often) it is the same process, No Gift Card, We are in a technology online shopping world, the process needs to work.

Neuhaus Newbie!!! :#
This was my first time hearing about and also trying the Neuhaus chocolate brand, and being the chocolate aficionado that I am, I was truly disappointed I didn't know of them before. This chocolate was absolutely divine, and deliciously gorgeous. The chocolate just melts in your mouth with its savory and delicate texture and caramel crunchy nuts. I would absolutely recommend this brand and will be sharing it with loved ones over the Valentines weekend.
