Offers that don't turn up

Products are fine - I'm frustrated by Elemis' constant 'offers' which cause me to buy more than I need and then don't turn up! I've written to them twice this time around and not had a response.

Super Rich and Creamy Facial

I buy my daughter the marine cream without the SPF. She prefers the texture of this rather than the marine cream with spf which I use. Super rich and very luxurious.

Good

I love this cream, its scent and consistency, and the way my skin looks after using it. My only concern is its ingredients: PHENOXYETHANOL. I believe this ingredient affects women's hormonal systems. Many women today struggle with thyroid problems; you shouldn't add it; you can certainly find a healthy alternative.

Love

I love this product. My only issue is the price which is more to do with my affordability rather than the value. I feel like a little goes a long way though. It has a gorgeous texture and leaves my skin feeling younger looking and really moisturised. It smells great too! It’s not greasy and doesn’t leave a residue on skin. If you want a product to invest in, this is it!
