Another great Chilewich pick

Absolutely gorgeous. These placemats are uniquely beautiful, with a texture and slight glisten which is lovely. They will look great on my black dining room table, with cream boucle upholstered chairs.

Lovely texture

Is there anything better than Chilewich mats? Great colors and textures. So easy to clean. I have multiple sets to switch it out and enjoy a whole different look each time.

Does not perform function of placemat

Placemat is woven, therefore liquids go through to the table. Have to clean placemat and have to clean table.

Look beautiful but how to

Look beautiful but how to get rid of awful plastic chemical smell? Airing for 2-weeks and still reek. Doesn't seem healthy. Will not put on table top or place plates with food on it unless odor disappears.
