Not worth it!

I bought this set a month ago and have been trying multiple ways to somehow make it feel comfortable. The seat cushions are too soft (the foam is weak and cheap) and you can actually feel the wood slats while siting on them. Alternatively, the back cushions are so over-stuffed, they create a situation where you barely fit on the seat so you have to throw them off on the ground and sit against the hard wood if you want to "relax and lean back." We've hosted two different friends since the weather has been beautiful recently in Chicago and the verdict is unanimous with them, as well: super uncomfortable. I called to return this because I'm so incredibly unhappy with it and was told I have to go buy new giant boxes to somehow get it shipped back - because I did not keep the three GIANT boxes it arrived in, who even does that? Keep massive empty boxes lying around? I love Bloomingdale's and have been a loyalist customer for years. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNLESS YOU JUST WANT SOMETHING THAT LOOKS NICE BUT IS NOT COMFORTABLE OR FUNCTIONAL. For the record, this is the first negative review I've ever written about anything - ever. That is how strongly and unhappy I feel about this set.
