Why did they ruin a good thing

This was my favourite cleanser ever - the only one I’ve used that felt like it thoroughly cleaned my skin without stripping it. Like all other recent reviewers, I’m deeply disappointed with the new formula. The unpleasant smell I can handle for a good product, but the burning skin? No thank you. I won’t be repurchasing.

I see I’m not alone.

I’ve been using this for years, and I thought my most recent bottle was defective. It smells terrible and burns my face! I thought I was imagining things, then I read the recent reviews and see that you’ve utterly ruined an incredible product. Well done.

I love the new formula

I have to disagree with most of the recent reviews... I tried this a year or so ago and I hated it. I gave it another chance as it was part of a trial size box, and oh my! The new formula is fantastic for me, my skin feels squeaky clean and hydrated after each wash. I have sensitive skin and this is great for it too!

Nose Formula SUCKS!

I’ve used this product since 2018 and my recent bottle was different. It smells like cinnamon and burns my face. It takes much longer to wash off and is not as effective. I loved the old formula. I’m so tired of cosmetic companies doing this. Such a great product is now trash. Like do yall know how hard it is to find a good cleanser that won’t strip the face and clean effectively? If it ain’t broke, don’t freaking fix it!

New formula is horrible! Stinks!

I thought I received a "bad" one and ordered from somewhere else. Both smelled almost like vomit. The formula is thinner and doesn't cleanse the same. I've used this religiously since 2018ish and nothing could top it and it smelled amazing. Please bring the old version back!!!

Why does this smell like cinnamon and burns?!

I’ve loved this cleanser for years and years — but this new formula is horrible. The smell is intense and lingers. It burns my lips, when I used to cherish this as a really gentle cleanser. Please change this back!!!
