Breville Smart Oven/Air Fryer Pro

I almost purchased the mini oven as I am a household of one. However, I do a moderate amount of baking. I'm really pleased that I purchased the larger oven. I have baked three loaves of bread and two loaves of banana nut bread so far. The Breville oven lives up to its reputation for quality and performance. I'm learning to use the "smart oven" and appreciate the recipes and directions on the app. An added attraction for me: the oven radiates some heat but not like a large oven and cools quickly which is a relief during the summer high temperatures in Phoenix.

Breville Smart Oven Air

We remodeled our kitchen recently and had a microwave with convection and air fryer installed, thinking it would help us not need a stand alone air fryer. Big mistake — BIG! The air fryer option only works with preset food options. So, we did our research and decided that the Breville Smart Oven Air sounded like a better option than the microwave. We were right! From the very first day that it arrived, we have been using it daily. I highly recommend this product for proper air frying. It is quite large. Take the size into consideration for your own kitchen, as it could make a difference for some shoppers. Cheers!

Service assistance

I purchased this on December 2025 and have had it for about 6 months. It worked great until I got an error code of 06, I have been calling the Breville help desk for 3 days with no response, the chat feature is not working, and I can't find any info online. It is a great toaster oven until it isnt.

Worth the price. Absolutely

I love this oven! I love all the options, I love how simple it is to program to cook, I love how easy it is to clean. I had a smaller oven, by DeLonghi. I was difficult to clean, which drove me nuts. The programming started failing, after only three years….and I started looking for my next oven. I researched. Narrowed it down to between Our Place and Breville. I am a big, big fan of both companies. I think it was the ease of cleaning the Breville that won me over. I love that the bottom tray comes out of the unit! Have been using for two months. Daily. I am cooking for two and I find this oven just does everything I need. I cannot wait to try the dehydration and proofing modes (for my sourdough). I also love that this comes with three oven racks, an air fryer basket rack, pizza pan and broiling pain. Great accessories. I can’t imagine anyone not being thoroughly pleased. It’s a good bit larger than my first oven….but I haven’t needed my full oven in two months. This does it all. Hope this helps.
