Poor performance
Trued my baster for the first time this Thanksgiving. It doesn’t hold liquid. At one time it squirted out all over my oven. I thought that one you suction the broth it would stay on the baster but it runs back out.

Does not withstand hot liquid
I was looking for a new turkey baster for Christmas dinner and it lasted less than 2 seconds. As soon as the hot liquid was half way , it started melting. It actually melted the nasal and would not release the hot liquid. This is a waste of money!

Great baster!
This is the best baster I have ever owned. It is a substantial size. It looks beautiful and works perfectly. I especially like that a tapered brush is included to clean it. That was a nice and thoughtful item for Oxo to include. One can always count on Oxo for a quality product. Bloomingdale's delivered the baster very quickly.
