just cooling

I am happy I purchased the nonstick cooling rack. After frying fish and chicken I noticed placing them on a paper towel made the crust somewhat soggy. Upon placing fried food on the cooling rack allows the meat to cool and stay crispy also while draining the fat. Best purchase ever.
