Dress beautiful/Bloomingdale’s shipping horrible.

I wear size 8 to 10 so I bought a size large fits wonderfully, but it does run small. The issue that I have is the shape that I received the dress in it’s so wrinkly. Now I have to pay to go have all of the wrinkles steamed out of the dress. I have been shopping at Bloomingdale’s for probably 30+ years and I am shocked at the shape that I received this dress in. Shame on you Bloomingdale’s.
