I’m really impressed with my HESTAN nano-coating cookware. The weight is perfect and it heats up quickly with excellent even heat distribution. The non-stick surface works excellently, making cleanup effortless. When I use HESTAN’s specialized cleaner occasionally, it makes the pan look brand new again. Great cookware! Highly recommended!

Nice Pan!
I really like how light the pan is given the larger capcity. I use it for everything (boiling, searing, saute, etc). The high sides reduce splatter. It is great for creating one pan meals during the week night to minimize clean up! The titanum finish gives the pan a slight non-stick quality similar to seasoned carbon steel/cast iron pan. I really like the "purple-rainbow" patina that develops on the pan as it is used.

TRULY ESSENTIAL
I originally bought an 8. 5” sauté pan but found I wasn’t using it nearly as much as I thought I would. I loved the pan but needed something more. This is it! I find myself preparing every meal in this pan. I was worried the smaller size would be too small but it’s quite perfect for a household of 2. Everything heats up and cooks evenly and cleanup is a breeze. I haven’t put the pan in the dishwasher yet because hand washing has been so easy. I’m so happy I upgraded to this beauty!

Kitchen Workhorse
I’ve only owned it a short while and already it has become the workhorse of my kitchen. Tonight I am sautéing onions and mushrooms, and building a rich cream sauce. Then the fresh (and cooked) pasta goes in and gets tossed with fresh parsley and parmesan Reggiano. While I previously might have done this in a large skillet, this pan is deeper and will allow me to toss everything well without splatters. Love it!
