wonderful new addition
this 2 quart saucier pan adds to my collection of the Hestan nanobond series. . . the nanobond surface is wonderful and really balanced heat. this pan in particular is great for anything requiring continual mixing as the curved surfaces make it easy to keep the contents moving and uniform. great addition to my kitchen

How did I live without these pans??

Sleek and No Stick
I love the new nano bond titanium. I own all high end pans, this one far exceeds the others. My first try I heated up the pan a little bit, then added small amount of oil and fried my egg with perfect results and no stick. Impressive and worth the investment. Now to save up for the complete set.

The perfect pan!
This saucier pan is perfect for so many reasons. It's lightweight and has an even and fast heating surface. It's design is perfect for sauces, rice or anything that needs whisking. The ease of clean up is amazing. This pan is now the one that I use the most.
