Bad Bowls and Bad customer service

I bought this product in Sept 2022 and used it twice. The finish inside the condiment bowls is coming off so it is no longer safe for food use. Bloomingdale's will not take it back since it is beyond the 90 day return policy. Bloomingdale's will not make any exceptions even on a damaged product. So, I will shopping elsewhere!!

Hi, just another consumer here who has dealt with this: your bowl is still safe to use. The finish isn't "coming off" even if it looks unsightly, because the entire thing is made of a special alloy and will continue to perform as normal! Rather, you may have likely used acidic foods that reacted with the metal (as they naturally do). So either do not use acidic condiments (best practice) or do not leave them to "cure" inside the bowl for prolonged periods. Hope you'll get many years of joy out of it.
