No good

I ordered for my sister's bday gift but it looks like they sent me a display item. It wasn't even clean and they didn't include the two straps. I ended up going all the way to the Bloomingdale's but they said they didn't have the straps. My sister's bday is tomorrow and I am honestly so frustrated. Bad bad customer service and very diappointed.

2 missing straps

I was excited to get this bag but when it showed up there’s only one strap. The other 2 that’s supposed to be included aren’t there. Don’t they check everything before packing and ship it to the customer? So disappointed. Not I’m afraid to reorder it because same thing might happen. I’m giving one star for poor customer service.
