Very warm coat for below freezing weather. There were some pilling on the sleeves, I hope it’s part of the original material instead of someone has worn it a lot. I wish moose knuckles can create backpack straps for the heavy coat for easy carrying. Otherwise excellent!

Lousy customer service
I was sent the wrong item that I ordered on line. I was told the correct item would be sent 5 days later no confirmation of the resend Recalled customer service was told item was no longer available, site showed diffently, was then told a reorder had to be done at the store. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
