This item has the wrong image attached to it

This is a beautiful pillow but Bloomingdales has the wrong image attached. (This pillow comes in very two shapes - a square 22 x 22 inch and a skinny rectangle 12 x 24 - and Bloomingdales has the images reversed.) When I called customer service to inquire about the description vs. image discrepancy, they told me to go by the image (not the description). I followed their guidance but then the item arrived a week later and they had it backwards. The description (not the image) is the item I received and it all resulted in a lot of wasted time and confusion. My initial contact with customer service regarding the error was close to a month ago, and it seems even after my follow up conversation about receiving erroneous information two weeks ago Bloomingdales has yet to fix the images. I am commenting on this item per the Bloomingdales email request I rate this item. Again the pillow is beautiful but Bloomingdales has been terrible to deal with! At a minimum I would expect correct images to be posted on their website, but going through the experience of reaching out to customer service to try to get clarity only to receive incorrect information made everything doubly frustrating.
