Second pair wasn't working

I received first pair of watch, it wasn't working, I send them back and got the replacement ones that also wasn't working. On the back of second watch was date when it was assembled 8/22, I assumed that they was made in 2022 it probably battery was not working but from the company like Michelle and for that money that they cost I would expect better quality. Sending them back.

I Love this watch and if you don’t mind the date being so small it’s perfect. Definitely let the sales person take off the links for sizing to the wrist to avoid damage by an another jeweler etc.

The watch was not New!!

I was very disappointed, not with the watch, but what was being sent to me. The watch was clearly used because all plastic wrappers were removed. It was packed backwards, and it came in a package and that it had holes inside. I was very disappointed that Bloomingdales actually packaged and mailed a prestigious watch and such condition. Truly disappointed!!
