I found the strap to be too big. The purse part of it was an awkward size that I just couldn't live with. I returned it.

cloth color change

This bag should be sprayed with scotch guard before using. It gets dirty on the cloth over time. Don't wear with jeans bc it will turn the bag blue and stain. That's a problem. It looks good. They have ones you can wipe without the cloth material. Not recommended

Perfect size, great strap!

I have been looking to replace a Michael Kors crossbody bag that I use for hands-free grocery shopping mainly because the buckle on the strap is very annoying. This is the first bag in my year+ hunt that has a comfortable strap and for the most part the buckle can stay at the bottom, not in the middle of my back or chest. Plus it doesn't get twisted like most straps. I gave it a four because I thought the leather band was there as a method to alter the length of the strap but it doesn't. I'm not sure why it's there.
