Color discrepancy

I have a few different pieces in this collection and every time I buy a new piece, it’s a different color. I’m very frustrated now because the this is the third item that I have to return because the flower colors don’t match! I understand these are hand made, but this much color discrepancy is unacceptable especially from a high end brand.

Never received half of my order

I ordered 4 different sizes of canisters, received 2 of them and other two were delivered to a different address. After a few times calling customer service, I got refunded and now I am going to place another order for those sizes I never received.
