Disappointed

The earrings were smaller than depicted! Also, it wasn't a pretty turquoise but a faded out pale blue! I was very disappointed! I am returning them to Bloomingdale's via UPS!

Bad Online Purchase

The earrings themselves are very nice, however I would not recommend buying a jewelry purchase from Bloomingdales online. This is the second time a jewelry purchase has been fulfilled poorly. I could not believe they sent me these earrings in the damaged state they were in. I was informed that stores fulfill the orders, so it's not like these items are stored at a fulfillment center. The french hook were so obviously bent out of shape, they would have knowingly tried to unload the damaged pair to an online customer. That's unacceptable.

Outstanding customer service

The earrings were not available at the store, but Mary B. (@ fine jewelry) was extremely awesome... she was patient, took her time to show me different options, and ordered the earrings for me. Very very nice customer service!
