Bloomingdale’s stock is horrible

This the second bag from this brand that I received from Bloomingdale’s with big issues. First was a larger tote that looked like someone used it for years then returned. This one came without the pouch inside. Bloomingdale’s needs to work on quality control of what goes out to customers. Horrible for such an expensive store.
