Eggs Just Slide

Six months and still nailing the egg slide. That’s basically a lifetime achievement award in the world of non-stick cookware. Not a genius just follow use and care instructions. I own carbon steel pans also they just require more care but function similarly.

Big Bummer

We’ve only had these pans for a couple of months and they’re horrible. They started out great and then we noticed chipping around the edges (we only use wood or silicone utensils with them). They are no longer nonstick - no matter how much olive or avocado oil I use, a single egg will stick, burn, and break apart. What a waste of money!

Beautiful

Its beautiful and it doesnt stick. I am building a collection of good pans after years of non anodized. I love the Made In stainless tjat I bought but I wanted one non stick for my new collection. I love the weight of this one

Super pan - well-crafted and very high performance

I own the larger version of this pan and it’s by far th most heavily used pan in our kitchen. Ordered the 8 inch version to complement its larger sibling and it’s proving to be every bit as well made and useful. It’s just the right weight and performance is outstanding on our induction stove. It’s also a beautiful, well-crafted pan with just the right amount of weight for cooking.

My new favorite pan

This has become my new favorite pan in which to cook my daily meals. It’s great with eggs, grilled cheese and fish. Clean up is easy. I would strongly recommend this to anyone considering a new all-purpose pan.
