Bulky skirt, cute pattern

Bulky skirt, cute pattern. The material is a stiffer cotton and it’s lined. It’s not bad but there was just so much material to deal with. I’m a size US 8 and ordered the medium and it was too much fabric and it made me look huge. I returned it. Maybe size down and try for yourself?
