Very upset

I purchase this watch for my 56 Birthday.I received watch today Nov 4 2021 . After almost 20 months from hell. I was going to treat my self to something nice . Well the watch is beautiful ,but they send me a box doesn’t match my watch different price and serial number .Are you kidding. I call customer service waiting for a replacement. My Birthday is the 19th of Nov . VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. One star is not for the watch just for the careless service.I wish I can send some pictures
