Received wrong bag

I seem to be having a hard time getting bags from Bloomingdales. From missing straps, to damaged bags . Horrible packaging and now completely wrong bag. I received a nylon pouch instead of this almost 700.00 bag. Done

Beautiful quality craftsmanship, it’s a pleasure simply to hold this bag as you can feel the quality. The leather, proportions, stitching, texture… perfection. I love this bag for everyday, the size is perfect. The inside is light color leather so easy to see inside. The zippers glide like a dream…. Very happy…

Perfect sized bag

love this bag. Just the right size. Snaps on either side to make it a more interesting shape. Had to send first bag back as snap was not working. I love the cross body strap.
